What is the limit of protrusion into the corridor of items attached to the corridor wall?

Items attached to the wall of the corridor cannot project more than four inches into the corridor, may not exceed 36 inches in length; are separated from other wall-mounted projections by at least 48 inches; and are located at least 40 inches above the floor.
